LEMIA is software, published by LEMIA Sàrl (in the process of incorporation) — not an outsourcing service: we do not process your files on your behalf. You install the application on your own computer, you operate it, you approve every output, and you remain solely responsible for the work produced.
This is the point that matters for a profession bound by professional secrecy (Art. 321 of the Swiss Criminal Code): the content of your files is processed in Switzerland by a Swiss operator, never read by the vendor; your external sends remain your decision.
