Every AI call goes through Infomaniak, in Switzerland; the publisher never reads your content.

What you no longer have to do

On files covered by secrecy, with your real exhibits.

  • Look for a date, an amount or an obligation across forty pages of exhibits.
  • Re-type the figures of an invoice or a statement into a table.
  • Lay out the document: header, footer, page numbers, tables.
  • Transcribe a meeting recording before writing up the minutes.
  • Keep the register of AI processing operations by hand.

How it works

  1. You open a folder

    The agent sees that folder only; the folders you have put on the red list stay unreadable to it.

  2. You describe the document you want

    “A summary of these exhibits for the insurer, in Word.” With the Plan button on, the agent asks its questions if it has any and submits a plan before acting.

  3. The agent reads and drafts

    It reads the exhibits and writes the document. A check verifies that the file it announces exists and is in the requested format.

  4. You approve, or you decline

    Approved, the document joins your folder. Declined, it is deleted. A correction requested on a document that already exists applies at once, and can be undone.

Confidentiality

  • Your files stay on your own computer; only the extracts needed for the task are sent to the Swiss operator. The publisher never receives the slightest content: only usage statistics (steps, counters, error codes).
  • Every AI call goes through a Swiss operator: it is the very architecture of the product, there is nothing to choose or switch on.
  • The AI’s web tools are switched off by default: no request leaves for a third party outside Switzerland on the AI’s initiative, unless you explicitly switch on web mode — switching it on is then your decision and your responsibility.

LEMIA is published in Geneva by Colin Thompson. Your practice operates the tool, on its own Infomaniak account; the publisher delivers, installs and maintains the software, and carries out no work on your data.

Price

A launch-period price: it will be reviewed when that period ends. The subscription covers the software, updates and support. AI usage runs on your own Infomaniak key: Infomaniak bills it to you directly, with no margin on our side.
