Getting started
From installation to your first workflow
Five steps, about a quarter of an hour. The licence account created during setup carries only your subscription and your devices — the contents of your files never pass through it.
Download & install
As soon as downloads open — request access to be notified — get the Windows installer above and run it. LEMIA installs like any ordinary desktop application — nothing to host.
Open the app — sovereign by design
Nothing to choose, nothing to switch on: every AI call goes through a Swiss operator (Infomaniak, hosted in Switzerland). The AI’s web tools are switched off by default, so no content reaches a third party outside Switzerland on the AI’s initiative unless you explicitly enable the optional web mode, under your responsibility.
Create your Swiss AI key
The AI runs on your own Infomaniak key: your content goes straight from your computer to the Swiss operator, under your own contract, and Infomaniak bills you directly for what you use, with no margin on our side. The full procedure is set out below (about ten minutes).
Launch your first workflow
In the Workflows space, describe a goal: “Create with AI” asks you the right questions, proposes a plan and composes the workflow for you. You can also build your stages by hand.
Approve the deliverables
The run pauses and waits for your approval: nothing is written to your folders and nothing is sent until you click “Approve”.
Step by step
Your Infomaniak key, step by step
One key — a token and a product identifier — covers every model in LEMIA: writing, analysis, vision, long context. Nothing else to configure, no key per model. The key belongs to you: your content is processed under your own contract with Infomaniak, in Switzerland, and we never have access to it.
Create (or reuse) an Infomaniak account
Go to infomaniak.com and create an account in the name of your firm or practice — or reuse the Infomaniak account you may already have (hosting, email). No credit card required at this stage.
Activate the AI Services
In the Infomaniak Manager (the administration area), open AI Tools / AI Services and create a product. You are given a product identifier (“Product ID”) — a plain number, shown in the clear.
Generate the API token
Still in the Manager, generate an API token: this is the key itself. Copy it straight away and keep it like a password — it is never shown again.
Enter the key in LEMIA
In the app: Settings · API keys · Infomaniak AI → paste the token and the Product ID, then save. The key is encrypted at once in a local vault on your own computer — never shown in the clear, never sent to us.
Check it with a quick test
Ask a question in the Conversation to check everything works. You then track usage from your Infomaniak dashboard; it is billed per token by Infomaniak.
