From installation to your first workflow

Five steps, a few minutes. At the end, you launch your first workflow. The licence account created during setup carries only your subscription and your devices — the content of your files never passes through your licence account.

Download & install

As soon as the download opens (request access to be notified), get the Windows installer from the Download page and run it. LEMIA installs like a standard desktop application — nothing to host.

Open the application — sovereign by design

Nothing to choose or activate: every AI call goes through a Swiss operator (Infomaniak, hosted in Switzerland), by architecture. The AI's web tools are blocked — no content leaves for a third party outside Switzerland at the AI's initiative.

Create your Swiss AI key — a single key for everything

The AI runs on your own Infomaniak key: your content goes from your own computer directly to the Swiss operator, under your own contract, and usage is billed to you at cost price. A single key gives access to all the models — writing, analysis, vision, long context. The full procedure is detailed below (about ten minutes).

Launch your first workflow

Describe a goal: the Orchestrator organises the work. (Advanced workflows and Conversation are covered in the tutorials.)

Approve the deliverables

The run stops and waits for your approval: nothing is written to your folders or sent until you have clicked "Approve".


Step by step

Your Infomaniak key, in five steps

A single key (a "token" plus a product identifier) serves all of LEMIA's models. It belongs to you: your content is processed under your own contract with Infomaniak, in Switzerland, and the software vendor never has access to it.

Create (or use) an Infomaniak account

Go to infomaniak.com and create an account in the name of your firm or practice — or use the Infomaniak account you may already have (hosting, email). No card is required at this stage.

Activate the AI Services

In the Infomaniak Manager (the administration area), open AI Tools / AI Services and create a product. You will receive a product identifier ("Product ID") — a simple number, displayed in plain text.

Generate the API token

Still in the Manager, generate an API token: this is the key itself. Copy it immediately and keep it like a password — it will not be displayed again afterwards.

Enter it in LEMIA

In the application: Settings · API keys · Infomaniak AI → paste the token and the Product ID, then save. The key is immediately encrypted in a local vault on your own computer — never displayed in plain text, never transmitted to the vendor.

That's it — verify with a quick test

This single key powers all the models (writing, analysis, vision, long context): nothing else to configure, no per-model key. Ask a question in the Conversation to check that everything responds. Usage can be tracked from your Infomaniak dashboard, billed per token, at cost price.
